Pum Thai Cooking School is our most popular class. Learn to cook famous Thai dishes in a relaxed, friendly kitchen for approximately 4 hours. You will be taught to cook traditional delicious Thai food and will ensure you leave prepared to recreate the dishes when you get home. The class caters to a small group with a maximum of 10 people in a traditional open kitchen. It is led by certified Thai cooks, making for a highly personalized and rewarding experience.

The Pum Thai Cooking School is set within a bright orange-colored theme shophouse and operates as a restaurant, bar, and cooking school. The open area on one side is used as a dining space and there is a large, open kitchen that is used for restaurant cooking and for cooking classes. Classes are small and intimate, with a maximum of 8-10 person classes. You choose your favorite Thai dishes to learn in this class. Learn about the essential herbs, vegetables, and sauces used in Thai cooking and walk away with a full stomach.

Major dishes are based on traditional Thai cuisine which is adapted for modern taste and are cooked with fresh and natural ingredients. There are 3 class sessions per day starting at 11:00am , 04:00pm and 06:00pm; the courses ranging from basics of Thai cooking to the intensive classes where students can turn into Master Chef.

• Child ticket age between 6-11 years and share the cooking station with their parents.
• Classes are run 3 times daily with the morning session starting at 11:00am and the afternoon session starting at 04:00pm and 06:00pm.
• In any case, if your booking isn’t matched with reality when you show upfront (such as child’s age, child’s height, the number of people and etc.), you are responsible to pay the additional charge upfront for the show/tour.
• On the rare occasion that we should be required to cancel the tour. We will inform you in advance and offer a different tour date, an alternative tour or provide a full refund.

• Salads: Pum’s herb salad, Thai beef salad, Spicy papaya salad,
• Soups & Curries: Thai hot & sour prawn soup, Chicken in coconut milk soup, Thai red curry, Famous Panaeng curry, Mild and aromatic yellow curry, Mussaman curry, Thai green curry with chicken
• Stir-fries: Stir fried chicken with cashew nuts, Fried vegetables with cashew nuts, Stir fried meat in sweet chilli sauce, Fried mixed vegetables, Thai style sweet & sour, Stir fried chicken with chilli & basil
• Desserts: Mango with sticky rice, Bananas in sweet coconut milk

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
• Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
