- Kindly note that outside food and drinks are not allowed on the boat.
- In the event of low or high tide, the cruise route may be adjusted, and some landmarks may not be passed.
- In the rare event that we need to cancel a tour, we will notify you in advance and offer a new date, an alternative tour, or a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
